In a recent X post shared by Chairman Tim Scott, he pledged to push the Digital Asset Market CLARITY Act through Congress to establish a legal crypto market structure for Americans.

The supportive commentary from Chairman Scott came after Senator Cynthia Lummis released a crucial update regarding the CLARITY Act, which combines the work of the Senate Banking and Agriculture Committees to jointly propose a regulatory framework for the crypto market in the region.
In his statement, the South Carolina Senator stressed the need to pass the CLARITY Act, acknowledging that it protects everyday Americans and their hard-earned money.
