The reported acquisition talks surfaced shortly after co-founder and Chief Product Officer Snir Havdala left the company. He joined Nvidia as Director of Engineering to lead AI agent development for infrastructure platforms.Zafran said the leadership transition had been planned for several months.
The company appointed Vice President of Product Itay Nachum to lead the product organization. Furthermore, Zafran said the transition happened in coordination with company leadership. It also highlighted continued customer growth and expanding adoption across regulated industries.

Moreover, the company recently promoted its platform as an alternative to Cisco’s discontinued Kenna vulnerability management service.
Cisco acquired Kenna Security in 2021 before later retiring the standalone service. Many of Kenna’s capabilities became part of Cisco’s broader cybersecurity portfolio through Splunk integration. Consequently, adding Zafran could strengthen Cisco’s exposure management offerings.
