As SHIB returns to a crucial technical support zone, hundreds of billions of Shiba Inu tokens are leaving exchanges, giving bulls a potentially helpful supply-side signal. According to the most recent exchange data, there were roughly 461.4 billion SHIB outflows and 229.0 billion SHIB inflows.
Exchange flows turn positive
This results in a negative exchange netflow of about 232.4 billion SHIB. To put it another way, during the measured period, significantly more tokens left tracked exchanges than entered them. Exchange reserves provide evidence for the same conclusion. The total reserves fell by 0.27% to about 86.97 trillion SHIB, and their dollar value decreased by 1.43% to $440.9 million.
Transfers only increased by 0.87% to 4,429, indicating that the withdrawal imbalance was caused by more than just a massive increase in the number of transactions. Because tokens moving away from exchanges reduce immediately available sell-side liquidity, persistent exchange outflows typically benefit prices. But the signal is insufficient to ensure a recovery.
In fact, the seven-day moving average of mean exchange outflows has decreased by 37.5%, indicating a weakening of withdrawal intensity relative to its recent baseline. The technical chart makes the upcoming sessions especially crucial.
Can Shiba Inu reclaim new heights?
SHIB has reversed from its September local high of $0.00000555 and is currently trading close to $0.00000505. Additionally, the rising trendline supporting the late-August recovery was broken by the correction. Now, SHIB has landed right on top of a significant support cluster.

A longer-term average is located close to $0.00000496, while the orange moving average is situated around $0.00000504. Bulls would have a chance to rebuild momentum toward $0.0000053 and ultimately $0.0000055–$0.0000057 if they held this $0.00000495–$0.00000505 area.
Right now, momentum does not help much. It is clear that buyers have lost their short-term advantage because the RSI has dropped to about 47.3, below its signal line near 54.2.
The 461 billion SHIB outflow is therefore positive, but bulls still require price confirmation. Despite the positive exchange flows, SHIB could swiftly return toward $0.0000047–$0.0000045 if the current support cluster fails.
