XRP Ledger Records Strongest Monthly Growth
Phil Kwok, co-founder of EasyA, called the growth “very impressive” and linked it directly to RLUSD adoption on the XRP Ledger. He noted that the ledger’s expansion is the fastest among all blockchains, despite having fewer RWA listings than rivals.

The RWA league table shows that the XRP Ledger is leading in percentage growth ahead of larger ecosystems. Arbitrum ranks second with a 19.47 percent increase, while Plume follows with 12.62 percent. Community analyst SonOfaRichard explained that the XRP Ledger’s settlement speed, low transaction costs, and reliability are key drivers of adoption. He emphasized that the growth is not based on speculation but on practical usage. “RLUSD is becoming the preferred settlement layer,” he added.
Arbitrum Maintains High RWA Value
Arbitrum secured the second spot with 113 RWA listings valued at $8.45 billion. The network posted a 19.47 percent increase over the same 30-day period. Its broader listing base shows diversity in tokenized projects, although its growth rate lags behind XRP Ledger.
This performance highlights Arbitrum’s capacity to handle a high number of RWA listings while sustaining substantial total value. However, the average value per listing is lower compared to XRP Ledger. This suggests a different growth model based on project volume rather than asset concentration.

Plume and Other Networks See Moderate Gains
Plume registered a 12.62 percent rise in RWA value, reaching $246.2 million with 107 listings. This performance keeps it competitive among mid-tier networks but behind XRP Ledger in growth speed. Its approach resembles Arbitrum’s in focusing on broader listings.
Other major networks in the ranking include zkSync Era, Ethereum, Stellar, Polygon, Base, Avalanche, and Mantle. All recorded lower 30-day percentage increases compared to XRP Ledger. This trend highlights the ledger’s capacity to outperform larger ecosystems in short-term growth.
Observers suggest that continued RLUSD adoption and EasyA Labs’ initiatives could expand XRP Ledger’s market share further. The past month’s performance confirms its position as a leading platform for institutional-grade RWA tokenization.
