Sui (SUI) has exploded 28% in the past 24 hours to rank among the top altcoin performers as cryptocurrencies surge amid Bitcoin’s breakout to $60k.
Also trending is Poodlana (POODL), a new dog-themed meme coin on Solana that has raised more than $5.8 million in just over three weeks in presale.

BTC, ETH and SOL are some of the top coins to watch as cryptocurrencies seek to strengthen upside momentum. Sui is also getting noticeable traction as a top crypto investor and analyst points out its performance against peers.
However, one of the new market entrants making waves is Solana-based crypto Poodlana (POODL). Investors eyeing the potential meme coin run have taken position with this poodle-inspired Solana meme coin.
Poodlana has raised over $5.8 million in 22 days as it captures the attention of crypto enthusiasts and high-end fashion alike across the market. Top of the ladder has been its hot trending in Asia where crypto, meme coins and poodles are a hot blend.

Sui price prediction: Raoul Pal shares bullish view
While XRP saw a decent surge amid latest Ripple news, SUI is the top performing altcoin in the top 50 cryptocurrencies by market cap. The altcoin, currently ranked 37th with a market cap of $2.1 billion, is up 29% in 24 hours – outpacing Ethereum, Solana and XRP, which has slipped below $0.60 after a sharp spike on Thursday.
Sui’s price hovers around $0.83, its highest level since July 22. Raoul Pal, the founder and CEO of Real Vision, predicts the Layer-1 blockchain’s native token could be one of this cycle’s top coins to watch.
Pal, a major proponent for Solana, describes Sui as an “ultra-fast L1, super efficient, full blockchain ecosystem that came out of Meta’s Diem project.”
“$SUI is starting to look very interesting from a price perspective, although still early and unconfirmed, it is showing signs of breaking out against most tokens,” the Real Vision CEO pointed out in a post on X.
Apart from USD, SUI is also showing potential breakout patterns against Aptos, Celestia, Near Protocol and Avalanche. Pal also notes that the altcoin is signaling a similar trajectory with the SUI/BTC and SUI/SOL pairs.
Looking at SUI/USD, the daily chart has the pair above the descending channel resistance line and the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is above the 50 point market to suggest bulls are strong.
The bullish cross-over for the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) indicator also suggests buyers may extend upside despite the huge gains seen the past two days.
Poodlana price prediction: Will POODL explode?
While L1 tokens like Sui could surge to test recent highs, the meme coin market stands as one of the sectors with marked volatility. Notable projects such as dogwifhat, Bonk and Brett continue to excite after hitting major gains post-launch.

POODL price is currently at $0.0458 and will reach $0.0539 in the final presale stage before listing on Raydium at $0.06.
