As the company continues to raise its strategic Bitcoin holdings above 3,500 BTC, the acquisition marked one of the latest moves to fund the company’s treasury strategy via capital markets.

Capital B Adds 376 BTC to Treasury

Capital B said the latest purchase was completed at an average price of €67,182 per Bitcoin, significantly below the company’s blended acquisition cost across its existing treasury.

Capital B and its subsidiary Capital B Luxembourg now balance the books with 3,521 BTC. It has thus far purchased an estimated €309.4 million worth of the Bitcoin-fund on average €87,878 BTC over the course of the transaction.

The September 7 trade is the largest Bitcoin buy since Capital B’s previous major purchase in September 2025, when it added 551 BTC. This most recent sale is thus significant when compared to earlier this year’s smaller sales, in which it acquired more treasury stock than it did in earlier sales.
